For Stacey Solomon and her husband Joe Swash, their forever home, Pickle Cottage, has been a labor of love. The couple, who share five children, have been busy renovating their £1.2 million property to create the perfect haven for their family.
A refreshing oasis in the heart of Pickle Cottage
The garden, which boasts an impressive 2.5 acres of land, has been transformed to include a stunning pool area. The pool, which was refurbished by Stacey, features a large circular pool within a rectangle shape, complete with grey tiles and shallow water to create a refreshing seating area and paddling spot for the younger children.
A charming wendy house, perfect for imaginative play
The garden also includes a bespoke wooden swing, which was purchased from Fall with Grace for £109. The swing, which is embossed with the words “To our darling boys…We love you to the moon and back,” is a heartwarming tribute to the couple’s three sons, Zachary, Leighton, and Rex.
A fun-filled play area for the kids
The garden also features a solid wooden climbing frame, complete with a green slide, swings, and a climbing area. The structure, which is similar to one from Rebo, provides hours of entertainment for the kids.
A serene retreat for the whole family
Finally, the couple has created a stunning Grecian-inspired pergola, perfect for relaxing on warm summer evenings. The pergola, which was refurbished by Stacey and Joe, is coupled with an enormous log burner for cooler nights.

While the garden may look effortlessly chic, it’s clear that a lot of hard work has gone into creating this stunning outdoor space. Stacey and Joe have both been instrumental in renovating the property, from redoing the wendy house to redecorating the pergola.
